A very practical and easy-to-read approach to living in the moment (rather than the future or past). One of my personal favorites.

I'm not very fluent with The Bible. There's too much stuff in it that I can't comprehend. This study bible helps me better understand what it says and includes things like Life Principles, Life Examples and Life Lessons.

Wayne Dyer is not only a best-selling author of self-help books, but he's GREAT motivational speaker that helps to better understand how we can rise above our life situations and to impact the lives of others!

Every time I meditate, I listen to this! That's because it does (most of) the work for you! It brings your brainwave patterns to different frequencies to induce a meditative state! Technology's just incredible!
