Like eating candy!5
The South Beach protein bars are fantastic - I don't like peanut butter, but oh, I look forward to my SB PB bars. The cinammon raisin is almost as good as a Cinnabon, and that's really saying something. Especially good for post gastric bypass patients, as we need all the protein we can get. Sometimes you just want a sweet snack, and this one is actually good for you.

Protein Is Not 10g Anymore3
I received my latest order of this item today, and see that the protein has now been lowered to 8g. The bars are not called "High Protein Cereal Bars"; now they are "Protein Fit". "New Lower Price!" is printed on the boxes, but I paid $16.06, which is not a lower price.

I have been buying these bars for 2 years and love them. They are the only bars I can find that are high in protien, reasonable calories and low in sugar. I would highly recommend these bars to anyone to try. I've recently found them on Amazon for direct shipping and could choose how often I want to recieve them. The price is incredible since I typically pay $4.00+ per box in my local grocery store. These bars taste great, really feel me up and keep me going.
