It's Monday again, and for Abigail, Jacob, Zack, and Bo, that means it's time-travel Day! This week the kids can't believe their luck: They're going to meet Walt Disney!
But when they jump back to the past, they discover that Mr. Disney wants to quit instead of making the first animated movie with sound. Abigail and her friends can't let that happen: Without his first movie, there wouldn't be all those other awesome Walt Disney movies or a Disney Channel on TV! But how can the kids get Mr. Disney to follow his dream -- and keep their mission top secret?

Customer Reviews
Just in time for Disney's 50th!
I recently read this book myself. I enjoyed it, and since my own girls are 12 & 14 I passed it on to several of our friends' children. They all loved it. One girl, who is a huge Magic Tree House fan, really enjoyed reading it. I'd say this series is a combination of the Magic Tree House & The Magic School Bus -- but without the magic! I also appreciated the author's notes at the end that explained "historical fiction." A great summer read on your way to DisneyLand! I'm looking forward to the next in this series.
Very good
I think this series is really good. I haven't read this exact book, but I have read Lincoln's Legacy, the first one of the series. It was very good; I liked the imagination and suspense. I reccomend this to 7&over
I Loved Disney's Dream!
Disney's Dream was very good because I learned a lot about Walt Disney that I never knew before. I also liked it because the author was very good at describing Walt Disney's feelings. I recommend this book to people around the ages of 7-10 years old. I have read every book in the series and find they are an excellent and fun way to learn about history. The Blast to the Past books really bring the characters to life in an exciting way. I can't wait for the next book to be written so I can read it at once!
