Customer Reviews

Lots of fun!5
My two year old loves his new helmet! On the right side you press the button for siren sounds, and that's his favorite. The left side lets you talk through the speaker, but he can't really hold it down long enough yet. He still loves it anyway. It seems to be quite durable, since it's holding up very well in our house. :D

Not impressed1
This one was a real disappointment for my little Fire Chief. First off, the mask assembly is so heavy the whole helmet wants to keep falling forward over my son's eyes. Secondly, the adjustable plastic head band keeps pulling out of its sloppy press-fit "anchors" rendering the whole helmet useless. Lastly, the microphone feature isn't nearly loud enough. I could fix the anchors and maybe get the band to finally fit right but considering the other flaws I think this thing is headed for the attic. Too bad because it looks really cool and my boy is attracted to it only to get frustrated. I forget what I paid for this but whatever it was it was too much.

It sucks :(1
The helmet rests on the bridge of my childs nose, and the plastic part that adjusts the helmet to fit the childs head pops out too easily. This in turn frustrates my child...and me because I have to fix it every ten seconds! ALl in all, the toy is awful. The service sending it was great though!
