Best Aid for Torts!
By far this is the best aid for torts if you are looking for some extra help before exams. Not only does the book explain things very clearly and help with outlining, but the questions and practice essays are PERFECT.

Simply doing the questions in these books will be a solid day of review that is sure to boost your confidence when you walk into your torts exam!

A must have for law students!

Buy Early, Study Late
This book is not just a study guide for last minute cramming. I recommend you buy it early in the semester and use it as a companion for the entire course (coming from someone who bought it in November and is kicking himself). Reading this book after you have read and briefed your casebook will give you a nice little summary of the topic you're studying. Yes there are outlines. Yes there are practice questions. But this is also a great way to prepare for each class, not just the final.

Better than Emmanuels, but could still use a better index
If you're trying to decide between Emmanuel's outline and the Gilbert one, I suggest always going with Gilbert's. The Gilbert lecture on cassette/CD is good, too.

The Gilbert outlines seem to always seem to have better/more examples than Emmanuel's. All of the outlines are still frustrating to me. I prefer the Finals series - shorter, sweeter & lots of practice test questions.
