Too bad! I really wanted to be able to listen to Elton but the disks I received were totally blank. Tried it twice but the whole batch was blotto.

Elton not very nice ! ..... But the Blu-Ray was great!5
This is a very top notch blu-ray makes you feel like your sitting in the front row! I've always loved Elton John, HOWEVER! He was very tacky and classless when he introduced his band saying that Davey Johnstone and Nigel Olsson were NOT! great players but great friends... I felt like ripping his hair piece off when he said that! after all the years together, how could he have said that on this concert to a sold out Madison Square Garden show! Those guys were a big part of his sound! I expected more from him than that what a turn off Elton!

This is a GREAT and dare I say ESSENTIAL Elton John dvd.. One of the best career overviews I've seen for one single artist on one DVD.. a 3 hour performance sprinkled with rare album cuts and the mandatory hits from his entire career. The highlights are the rare tracks, especially from the early days which some of them he's never performed live or hasn't for close to 30 years..

The bonus features are also great, providing many never-before seen live performances since the beginning of his career up until a recent performance of one of the tracks from his most recent album "The Captain And The Kid".

The performances are great, the song choices are great.. it's a perfect introduction to the man himself..

EXCELLENT!

All the best,
The AndyMan!
