Happiness available to all!
I love Deepak's works and have read many of his books. I just received this today and love it. Important concepts in easy to understand language. Includes an overview of Buddha, but presented in a way that westerners can appreciate. Learn the keys to enjoy the present. Thank you Deepak!!!

What is "happiness" and how can I find it?
Deepak Chapra is a wonderful speaker and teacher. He presents thoughts in an easy to understand way and is straight forward with examples and how-to's. We are capable of doing all the suggestions however one must realize we need to be willing to be change. Change the way we see the world, change the way we think and react to it, and change the way we see ourselves. We need to stop seeing ourselves as separate and different and start realizing that we are part of all things.

If you are interested in learning more about self-actualization and finding fullment in life, then this DVD is for you. Please have an open mind and be willing to listen to what is presented to you. Take it in, meditate on it, and let the new day begin.
