This is better than a boppy pillow because the surface is flat so the baby doesn't roll, and because it provides real back support. You actually do need a special pillow for nursing--regular ones don't cut it--so get a good one.

Sooo much better than any other pad--this one doesn't show through clothes and isn't too harsh on the skin.

A must have accessory for the car seat--only 8 lbs, makes getting through airport security very easy.

Something that seems unnecessary at first but is actually a big help, and becomes the child's step stool later on.

The only swaddler that really works, our kid responds instantly to it. Has special arm/leg "restraints" which distinguish it from the usual swaddlers.

You need this for the office and for hotels/travel. Must have the bassinet and changing table features and need special fitted sheet. A lifesaver. You can likely find a used one on craigslist.

Sleep sacks keep baby warm without blankets, and they look cute in them.

Far more useful than I'd originally thought. The little hammock keeps the baby out of the water slightly, and the plug makes draining quite simple.
