freedive!
useful info, not as detailed as you would hope. a broad overview of all freedive topics, but not in depth enough on any to be really useful. this book just sctractches the surface of many topics...most of this info is now available somewhere on the internet...but there are certainly useful little gems here and there between the pages, but bang for buck, i'd skip it....if it were cheaper and in paperback form, i wouldnt feel it was too general, but a hardcover coffe table style book? it's not. i'll be selling my copy to recoup some money.
