Fantastic! He's a thinking man's Bond and a Bond women can love. Modern film language mixed with old story gives Bond a great new edge. I'm excited to see the next film! I feel like we finally have a Bond movie that's actually a good film and not just a good Bond movie.

The best of the Connery's. They finally gathered all the right ingredients. It's horribly misogynistic though, and can be a little hard to take. A definite precursor to Casino Royale with similar themes.

Gadgets, Gadgets, Gadgets! This film is like a Sharper Image add. I don't care if anyone in it is bad, or the story is weak. It's a great gadgets & charisma Bond film. And the stealth boat is "freakin' sweet."
Thunderball - 2-Disc Ultimate EditionThunderball - 2-Disc Ultimate Edition

Does he have a jet pack? Does he fight a transvestite? Does he do it all in the teaser?! Yes he does! This film does a brilliant job with its editing. If it weren't for the progressively more and more repetitive action scenes and the lousy opening theme by Tom Jones. "Strikes like Thunderball!?"
GoldenEye (2-Disc Ultimate Edition)GoldenEye (2-Disc Ultimate Edition)

One of the best Bond villain selections ever. Sad that, like all the Brosnan's, it's a brilliant idea littered with horrible exicution.
Quantum of Solace [Theatrical Release]Quantum of Solace [Theatrical Release]
Serious let down. What made Casino Royale so good was how different it was from the other films, it managed to make Bond a spy, and an empathetic character. This felt like a return to form for the series with Daniel Craig in the middle.
Dr. No - 2-Disc Ultimate EditionDr. No - 2-Disc Ultimate Edition

Classic Bond. Definitely some shoddy editing on the "death scenes" making for some laughable sequences. But it's still a nice tightly paced film.
Goldfinger - 2-Disc Ultimate EditionGoldfinger - 2-Disc Ultimate Edition

It's littered with good lines, and it's classic in many regards. but the cinematography still bugs the heck out of me, and nothing will ever be able to justify Pussy Galore's flying circus.
The Man With The Golden Gun - 2-Disc Ultimate EditionThe Man With The Golden Gun - 2-Disc Ultimate Edition

No part of Asian culture and society is safe in this campy misinformation film. Bond defeats a sumo wrestler by giving him a wedgie. The fight scenes are awesome though. It's as though all of the orient is one giant Jackie Chan movie.

Not a fan of Blacksploitation Bond. It just feels ridiculous. I find so many of the Roger Moore films to be bogged down with "what's cool now? Shaft! Star Wars!" Didn't always happen, but when it did it stuck out like a sore thumb.
Octopussy - 2-Disc Ultimate EditionOctopussy - 2-Disc Ultimate Edition

Just bizarre! I couldn't get into this one. Once it got to the Circus sequence at the end I was ready to cry and laugh at the same time.
Die Another Day - 2-Disc Ultimate EditionDie Another Day - 2-Disc Ultimate Edition

So far as I can tell, this is the worst Bond movie. Don't really know how it got so bad. It has one of the greatest teasers in Bond history. Then Madonna kicks in and it's all brilliant PLOT with horrible acting and dialog.
