Don't take Wilmshurst too seriously
Wilmhurst implies that Freemasonry teaches the doctrine of transmigration of the soul. Freemasonry teaches no such thing. This is a belief which Freemasons may hold, however they come to this conclusion outside of Masonry. Freemasonry is not a religion as presupposed by Wilmhurst in this lecture and this text should not be taken too seriously.

This divine little book is a must for any new Mason. It is full of history, wisdom and esoteric knowledge and will serve as a guide no matter what Masonic degree a person attains. It will be a mainstay of my Masonic library.
