Disappointed in reviews of the under $250 ice cream makers, I bought the Lussino, a Ferrari of engineering. I put in 2c of non-fat yogurt, Equal, vanilla, no pre-cooking, ran it about 20 minutes, and it was ready, no need to put in refrigerator to finish firming up (complaint about the under $250 machines). Delicious 220 calories. Almost no preparation and under a minute of clean up. No downsides.
