Also referred to as romanesca or cauliflower romanesco, the Broccoli Romanesco either eaten raw or when added to salads. It provides a nice nutty texture and a flavor that is delicious In addition, the Broccoli Romanesco can be steamed and made into a flavorful vegetable dish. didn't have luck with it
i planted this broccoli as directed. it sprouted up in a short amount of time and was looking great. then suddenly it just kind of died out in the sproutling phase. i was really looking foward to trying this because it looks so interested and different. supposedly it has a great taste as well. maybe it was something i did. i'll try again. i would buy some but have never seen it in a market
