Outstanding Quality
Excellent blacks, color and lighting - basically a high quality set. It is hard to find a high quality 20". I bought a 20" Sharp from Costco 200.00 less but the picture quality was not good - it even had a DVD. This picture is that of a high priced HDTV. Pleased so far. If problems arise I will note them later. I own a very expensive HD set and know how a good set should look. This one is pleasing. I am putting it through the paces in this 30 day period - to make sure it is ok. It is on 15 hours a day in the kitchen.
Nice ... when it's working.
I purchased this TV three months ago because I wanted a small, portable TV with a good picture. I was willing to pay a premium for a Sharp product due to their excellent reputation in LCD panels (Aquos brand) and because I found the cabinet and specifications attractive vs. other similarly sized sets.
About a month into ownership a pixel went dead in the middle of the screen which was very noticeable during bright scenes. But, I thought, that's the risk one takes with any LCD display. Moving on. Three weeks ago, the set suddenly stopped working entirely and the power LED indicator was blinking. I called Sharp and they directed me to an authorized service provider. The service provider said the main system board needed replaced. The set took two weeks to repair. I just got the TV back yesterday and it was working again. This evening, when I went to turn on the set, it did not not turn on - the power LED was, again, blinking. At this point, I am absolutely furious. I will not again buy a Sharp product. I also think, after having shopped a few other sets, that the premium Sharp commands for this size display is not warranted. You'd be better off buying a Samsung or Toshiba TV for hundreds of dollars less.

We use this as a combination Computer Monitor/TV as a part of a video editing suite.
Image quality is sufficient for editing work and the flexibility of inputs allows for multipurpose

It looks good, and has lots of handy features such as good cable management and it even
has a handle on the back to make it easy to move around.
