Sleek but not small4
I was looking for a bag just for the laptop and power source--something I could bring to and from school along with my backpack full of books. This case seemed to be the answer-2.5 inches. When I got it, I knew there was no way that it was 2.5 inches...It is more like 5.5 inches ( I got out the ruler, I know. The 2.5 inches refers to the main chamer that holds the laptop. When you add the outer pockets, it bulks up. However, it is still a very nice, sleek looking bag and I am planning on keeping it. I would recommend it to anyone who basically needs a laptop holder for one of the chunky 15.4 inch Dells out there...it's really nice, comfortable case.

Scratches the notebook !3
The case has a main compartment with a sleeve to insert the notebook. However, there is no space enough to put the notebook in the sleeve without scratching its bottom with the zipper around the case. The pockets for accessories aren't well planned. My suggestion: look for another case.

Useful And Fabulous Laptop Case5
I have been using this bag for the past 1.5 years, its still good and better than all the other laptop cases I have seen around used by my friends. In an actual event, my friend accidently dropped the bag with laptop inside, my Dell Inspiron 8600 was intact and was preserved by the bag. The small pouch is handy in keeping the electrical adapter. The bag can also be placed on the extendable handle of the carry bag if you travel a lot. Small pockets on the side help in storing pen for handy. and the bag also looks elegant. Overall this is a fabulous bag to buy and to save your laptop in accidental drops.
