Very Good Crib For The Money
I'm amazed to read so many reviews for this wonderful crib complaining about the assembly process. If you complain about putting this crib together is only because you've never put any furniture together. I've assembled office chairs and desk that take twice as much time to put together. Very easy, very intuitive. Some people complain about the confusing directions, well, I didn't have to read them since it was so obvious. I'm not a carpenter or handy-man at all! I'm a computer geek with barely any stength in my arms and yet assembling this crib was a breeze. Don't let other reviews deter you.

Now, the best feature of this crib is its sturdiness. If assembled properly, it won't shake even when using most of my weight. It looks fantastic and exactly as advertised. Me and my wife are very happy with this crib and highly recommend it.

great product terrible directions
My wife and I just recently purchaesd this item online.We decided that we would take an evening and put it together. Wow to my surpise the directions are on the flat board that supports the mattress. ( that does not make things easy) however we continued. Next the diagrams do not help determin what is the foot board or head board and you really can't tell the difference between the screws. Needless to continue I determined that it would be easier to put it together w/o the directions. My wife and still find that evening as a sour spot but we are still talking. Once together however the crib is beautiful and very sturdy it would get a 5 but the directions stink!! Good luck and remember this is a fun time in your life. P.S. watch for my review on the changing table and dresser.

Poor service...........
This seems to be a very nice crib. I say seems because we are yet to receive this item undamaged. Our third and final attempt should arrive in 3-4 weeks, hopefully, after begging and pleading with amazon customer service to better package their product. To be quite honest, these people will stop at nothing to please you on the phone. I have called about 20 times over the course of 2 months, and have been lied to on every occasion. The last thing they told me was that this issue is a first for them, but after reading over some of the other reviews, it seems to be rather frequent. So now I'm writing this review so that others will be better prepared, and aware of the problems with amazon.
