great
We have used these with all of our children. They love them. The silicone gel ones seem to last a little longer than the rubber ones, but overall they are very handy things to soothe an upset child.
Highly recommend
As a nursing mom,I was against pacifiers at first. I started my son on one because he will suck his tongue and I have worried since he was born of him choking, and then he also started sucking his fingers during the day (still the tongue at night). We tried literally every brand and he would gag. All brands claim to be "closest to mothers nipple". Strangely enough, my son took the latex NUK the first time and loved it. He can't live w/o it now. I believe it's all preference and your child will let you know which one they like, but I'd say this one is definately worth a try.
Sheild too small for my son
Although my 8 month old son seemed to enjoy this pacifier we had to stop using it because he can fit the _entire_ pacifier (nipple, shield, handle and all) into his mouth which cuased him to gag and choke. I know a lot of families who love this brand, but watch your child to make sure this pacifier is an appropriate choice for you. We have switched to a brand with a larger shield.
