Don't ride without it!
Assos cycling chamois cream is a must for those long rides and adds more life to those expensive bibs we buy. This is a very good way to protect both of your assets!

Excellant chamois cream
The Assos Chamois Cream is the best chamois cream I have found. It is a thick cream so it stays in place well. Also, it is great to use to prolong the life of the chamois in the bike shorts. Assos recommends rubbing the chamois cream into the chamois after every third laundering while the shorts are still damp and then hanging up to dry.
I have had no chafing when I have used the Assos Chamois Cream (not even after a 204 mile ride in the summer!).
