Fahbulous, dahlink...
I ordered two products from TexereSilk, this and one other nightgown as a gift. To begin, there's the packaging. They came in a nice, infinitely reusable shirt box wrapped in ribbon. Inside, the gown is wrapped in paper with a gold seal, then further wrapped in plastic to prevent the silk from damage. Tags are pinned on the way they should be in high end products. And they include a hard bound product catalogue, something I have not seen in years. This is brilliant marketing as I am unable to get rid of any of it and thus will keep their catalogue forever.
Next, the gown. I ordered a size up because you can never tell, but I needn't have worried. These are generous cuts and are cut on the bias so they drape nicely. The colors are absolutely magnificent, with delicate shading and really lovely hand painting. The silk is good quality and doesn't tangle you up while you sleep, plus it breathes well and isn't too hot in a Los Angeles summer.
So all in all, highly recommended. This is the kind of luxurious gown that you want to laze around in while servants bring you drinks and fan you (no, I don't have any either.) Now, excuse me while I go dig out the fuzzy lounge slippers and order up a long cigarette holder.
