A step in the right directions
Simple did a good job of incorporating some forward thinking production with some forward thinking style, but I still think we should be able to expect more. I wear mine without them laced up, partially because whatever the laces are made out of tying them is pretty pointless = they easily become untied. They are a fun bummin' around shoe and I certainly do appreciate Simple's attempt to offer "green" goods, but hopefully this is just a step towards better eco-friendly shoes.

I bought this shoe for my Grandson and he loves them. Comfortable right out of the box. I bought the sand color and he wears them everywhere. He even wears them to work and his boss liked them so much we got him a pair. Cant go wrong.
