Simply fantastic. My favorite Christmas movie of all time, though I was never a huge fan of the Muppets and didnt know much about them. Stays fairly true to the book and the songs are just wonderful. A real masterpiece. You MUST own this movie! I watch it every Christmas Eve and it never fails to hit me right in my soft spot.

Every child of the 90s remembers this movie, and every kid should get to see it, even 15 or so years later. It's funny, affecting, and adorable. Easily the best talking-animals movie, and the only one I can actually think of that was really good at all.

An amazing movie up until the very end! It's a shame it and Shrek were made in the same year, this hands down deserves an Oscar.

Told with the use of gospel music, a very unique thing in an animated movie, this is a great classic story. I am partial to Greek legend, and though its not totally true to the story, its songs really are phenomenal.

The saddest Disney movie, in my opinion, but it is very heartfelt and teaches compassion. The opening song, I think, is probably the best song Disney writers have ever put in a movie.

Probably the ultimate classic. The best combination of songs in a movie, since there are no bad tunes, and it's a great storyline with dynamic characters. Goes by so fast you wish it wasnt over!

This movie gets a lot of crap, but I think it's just as cute and good as the original. Again, tells a unique story (or a continuation of The Lion King's unique story), and the central forbidden love story is well done. Also good songs, like in the original.

Again, a hilarious movie for young and old. On par with the original, and sometimes I actually like it more.

An adorable, short little movie with drama and comedy, the story just gets you right in the heart and the ending is a treasure. Should be remembered for years to come.

This is the live action Peter Pan film that was made a few years ago. Not sure if this is really a film FOR children, but it's great nonetheless. The cinematography and art direction is beautiful, and I believe it's much better than the animated version. Jeremy Sumpter was a PERFECT choice for the title role. Amazed me the first time I saw it.

I squeal at the baby Mumble every time. So adorable the whole movie is worth watching. Also, when Robin Williams' penguin crew comes in, it gets hilarious. Makes me laugh every time.

The newest addition to my favorites list. Kind of a weird, out there story line, but Jack Black adds a lot to it as the title character. Also beautiful animation of the cities and the foliage there (I'm thinking of the gorgeous cherry blossom trees).
