Can't beat this price - It Works!
I chose Vita K's microdermabrasion system because I had been happy with the results I got from their "At Home Chemical Peel" product.

The kit contains the microdermabrasion unit, two sponges, one jar of resurfacing cream, and one bottle of smoothing serum. The unit is powered by two AA batteries which are not included.

After a few treatments I'm seeing significant improvement in the appearance of my acne scars and overall skin texture. Most pitted scars are much shallower and some have practically disappeared. Many are now invisible when I apply a light sponge of foundation.

I have experienced no redness or irritation from using this system whereas most exfoliants usually tend to irritate my skin.

There are two drawbacks to using this kit:

1. The sponges tend to lose their "stickyness" after a few uses.

2. While the kit is sold in nearly every major drugstore, refill kits for sponges, resurfacing cream, and smoothing serum are harder to find.

Overall, this is a great kit for the price.

worked wonderful
I tried several different home microdermabrasion kits to try and get my skin presentable for my wedding and found that vita K worked the best. Within a few days I could see a difference and after a month my skin was free of pimples and red discoloration.

After using the product for about three months the deep acne scars covering my face were barely visible and my own mother didn't believe me when I told her I wasn't wearing a drop of makeup to hide the acne scars that had covered my face for the past 10 years. I finally have a clear complexion after spending years trying almost every over-the-counter, prescription, and old-wives-tales regiments.

I agree that the sponges don't last as well as they should and it's hard to find refill kits, but the scrub is very gentle but effective and the soothing serum to put on afterward leaves your skin feeling baby soft. Also, the pumps for the serum have a tendancy to break, but I just unscrewed the top and poured it out of the bottle instead. Also keep in mind that every skin type is different, so what worked amazing for me may not work as good for everybody.

easy portability and good price
It works as promised, but for verstility at the same price, go for a SpinSpa. Now there is one great scrubber! Your skin will be baby soft and gleaming.
