Great Product
This thing is great. Easy to use. Easy to clean. The protective cover looks good, protects from the heat and lessens the frying odor. I'm happy with my purchase.

Works exactly as advertised, have had no problems. Fairly easy to setup. Easy to clean up compared to frying in an open skillet and having to clean the entire work space. Actually, very little needs cleaning, just the basket, the insert and the inside of the lid, and unless you spill oil on the outside of the fryer, there is nothing to clean on the outer shell of the fryer. Really nice feature, being able to put the food in the basket and closing the lid prior to lowering the basket into the oil, totally eliminates the danger of hot oil burns. Very happy with our purchase.
