Delicious raw food bar
These bars are made from dates, pistachios, sesame seeds and poppy seeds and the taste reminds me of the filling used in poppy seed pastry. Rich tasting and filling. Each bar is about 200 calories, so it's not a low calorie snack, but it has 6 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein, and is high in calcium, so to me at least, it's worth the calories. Makes a great snack or possibly even a meal replacement.
