Good Overall Buy5
I recently purchased a PNY 512 MB Secure Digital Card from Best Buy when it was on sale for $29.99 each card. I had been given a SanDisk 256 mb card for christmas the past year, which had gone curropt. The PNY is so much better and so much cheaper for virtually the same quality or better than my old SanDisk. I would recommend this product to anybody who is fed up with SanDisk or any other high priced memory manufacturer.

CHEAP but SLOW AS HECK !!3
The price of this memory card is very low ($xx as of Nov. '06), but with this memory card be prepared to wait 7 seconds to view each high-resolution photo you've taken!

If you want to review the last 10 photos you snapped, you'll have 70 seconds of wait time for all of them to come up on screen. Given the short life of camera batteries when your LCD display is on, it can be very frustrating to have the slow process of retrieving photos from this memory card result in your batteries dying, right when you had some memorable photos to shoot! This happened to me many times till I found a better solution for my Sharp VE-CG40 4 megapixel camera.

If you don't want to deal with the wait and dying batteries, a much better product to select would be the SanDisk Ultra II 512MB SD memory card, which can read data at a blazing 10 MB/second, and write data at 9 MB/second. It's on sale for $30, and the $10 price difference from the PNY 512MB card will be paid for the first time you don't have to replace batteries that died prematurely while waiting for the memory card to retrieve your recent photos! After that you'll be saving money with the Ultra II card every time you use it because you'll be replacing or recharging your batteries much less often, and losing far fewer photo opportunities that may never come again.

Cant beat the price!4
Needed this for my MP3 player on our trip across the country to our new home. Worked great and still seems to work just fine.
Not really a whole lot to say about it, it's a memory stick and it does it's job.
Again, for the price you'll be hard pressed to beat it.
