The image generated is bigger than you might think--to get a widescreen image this size using a standard, 4:3 aspect-ratio TV, you'd need a 28-inch diagonal set that would stand at least 5 inches taller.

The KLV-26HG2 offers 1,280 x 768 native pixel resolution, compatibility with 480i, 480p, 720p, and 1080i HDTV signals, high brightness (450 cd/m2), and a lightning-quick 16 ms response time--perfect for fast-changing programs like action films and sports events. Great
This was a big purchase for us. I'm a tech guy, so I did a considerable amount of research on the internet and went to local electronics stores to evaluate picture quality. My wife and I liked the quality of the Sony best, but it was slightly out of our budget at the store. I was able to purchase the Sony KLV-26HG2 26" LCD TV and the a Sony Cybershot DSCP200 7.2MP Digital Camera including shipping from Amazon for less than the price of the LCD TV alone at the retail store before taxes.

I'm happy with the quality of both. They also work well together because you can insert the Sony memory card from the camera into the side of the tv and view all of your photos and movies.

The shipping company for PlasmaBay was excellent and both items were shipped in a timely manner and could be tracked on the internet.

Also worth noting is Amazon's return policy for televisions 27" and smaller. It leans a little more to the consumer's advantage than those of most internet retailers.

Very Pleased
I've had this TV for over a year and am still pleased with my purchase. DVD's look amazing on it even with simple AV cables. The speakers (only 4w a piece) leave a little to be desired but after hooking my stereo up to it I've had no other issues. HD broadcasts look pretty good on it but some standard broadcasts look a littly grainy. I have Comcast digital cable by the way. I researched this set in Consumer Reports and it was listed as one of their best buys. It's just about the right size for a small living room or a bedroom. I think I'll keep it.

Don't buy TV from OneCall!!!
This is a pretty good TV, my friend has one. I purchased this tv and have had nothing but problems getting the TV to me. They gave me a big run a round and wanted to charge me an extra $100 for shipping. (...) Amazon.com has nothing to do with it because they are a seperate seller. And on top of this, i never even received the TV!! They said i would need to pay another $100 to ship it back to me. Would never buy from them again.
