A little bulky but the only one that reads 2 gb sd cards
I had gotten a smaller card reader becuase I wanted something more compact for my camera bag. However, the thing would not read my 2 gb sd card. This one would. I'm not sure what the deal was, but it worked, and I've since had that problem with other readers. Larger-capacity sd cards are wonderful, but make sure your reader can handle them.

Card Reader Does What It Should
This reader works fine with my new Panasonic DMC-TZ1 camera. The camera can take a 2GB SD Memory Card and that's what I bought with the idea of storing as many pics as possible before loading them into my computer using the USB. The Cameramate handles the 2GB card w/o any problems - many readers have trouble with the higher capacity cards.

CameraMate reader malfunctioning
My Cameramate reader was working all well till I connected to my home PC's USB port. It started malfunctioning and it is not getting detected in any systems thereafter. I am not sure about the reason behind this.
