The four speakers don't technically comprise a surround system (the LBT-ZX8 is missing a center channel speaker and subwoofer), but they do envelop the listener in a rich audio environment. Other sound enhancements include Sony's Variable Attenuation Control Design, which minimizes the midrange and bass distortion when you're listening at high volumes; an X-Groove bass enhancement function; and simulated surround sound, which comes relatively close to the real thing.

Finally, the system concludes with such features as a color fluorescent display, a mic input with its own volume control, a power save mode, and a versatile remote control. The entire system is backed by a one-year warranty.

This Redio exceeded my own expcetations...... WOW!!!!! WOW!!! & WOW!!! MASSIVE SYSTEM!!!

It has been the best radio I have ever owned massive in SIZE!! SOO be prepared to give it some room.... With its 750 watts also be prepared to have to straighten all your paintings on your walls because it will shake them right off the wall with its power..(Even the ones down stairs).... It was just what the doctor ordered for me and if you like your music crystal clear and LOUD this is the stereo system for YOU!!! HANDS DOWN!! Great design it is sharp looking with massive size speakers that can be arrangend anyway you like.. Multi CD changer is a great feature as well.. It was so exciting to actually get it and open the package like I said it truly lived up to and above all my expectations for a truley powerful system!!

LOve it highley recommend it!! But shipping was EXPENSIVE!!! so if you can pick it up you will save about $130.00 dollars.. or so!!
