Just OK for me
Nice strong strap, and anti skid. However, I thought it would be more cushioney than it was. The edge of the strap kinda digs into your neck (much like the sony kit strap). Make sure to wear those collared shirts and you'll be ok. I'll probably continue to hunt around for something that is anti skid, but also softer on the neck.
