Pros:
~ Outstanding looks
~ Recessed butterfly locks, so that they don't inadvertently catch on anything.
~ Recessed top handle, for a nice flat top surface
~ Adjustable shoulder strap with padding.
~ Room for accessory stowage under the camera strap-down plate.

Cons:
~ Granted, the price is a bit steep, but you are assured that there will be no hidden "bad-design" flaws concerning the fit of the XH-G1 & XH-A1.
~ When the lid is left in the open position, it tends to be a little top-heavy so be careful to avoid any heavy bumps or nudges.
~ Could use a few more dividers for the bottom storage area. It comes with one divider only.

I would buy it again if I had to do it all over.
