The Explorer 2 is ideal for carrying most film or digital SLRs (like Canon's Digital Rebel XTi, EOS 30D or Nikon's D40, D80, D200, etc.) with a grip and zoom lens attached, several additional lenses, a flash and accessories. The main compartment features Tamrac's Dual Foam Technology for shock protection. An external front pocket features Tamrac's patented Memory & Battery Management System, which uses red flags to identify which memory cards and batteries are available and which ones are used up. Nice bag5
Nice bag, fits my Olympus e 510 with 40-150mm lens + hood nicely.
Tripod made from plastic and legs on the bottom look kinda skinny and unstable, but this is a good deal all together.

Tamrac Explorer 2 DSLR Camera Kit4
I am new to digital photography and bought this kit for my new Sony DSLR. The bag is awesome with all it's adjustable space and it's well made. Everything fits nicely inside the bag, including the extra telephoto lens. The tripod could be a little sturdier, but for this price and for the amount of time the camera will spend on it, it's more than fine. All in all, this is a nice kit, especially for a beginner.
