Utilizing a universal adapter plate system, the SOLOXP offers an efficient and economical charging solution for virtually any camcorder or digital camera battery. The SOLOXP-N includes a charging plate that is compatible with Nikon EN-EL1, EN-EL3/3e, EN-EL7, EN-EL8 and EN-EL9 models. Other charging plates (sold separately) can be connected to the SOLOXP base, providing additional flexibility. This charger also features a built-in USB power port to accommodate the charging needs of today's portable devices. The SOLOXP has worldwide 100-240V AC compatibility, and the built-in flip-up plug means there's no separate AC adapter to carry.

Flexable charging
This item came with four adapters that covered all my Nikons except my D3. I was even able to "rig" it to charge my daughter's Fuji battery just by using a rubber band. The idea of adapters is a good one unless you have to charge more than one battery at a time. Since I use it as a backup charger, it works great for me.
