Customer Reviews

Glad I chose this PSU5
My 7 year old gaming rig had been going strong a very long time when, sadly, the PSU gave out. Just overworked and old. It happens. I originally thought "no biggie" and went on about reading reviews and specs to buy a new PSU (Power SUpply Unit) only to get stressed out over thinking whether or not newer PSU ratings would feed enough power to the older rails of my now ancient PC. Settled on this 500W PSU from OCZ and I couldn't be happier.

I've had it running 2 months now and it's great. More then enough power, and installation was more or less a breeze. It has a good cabling design that ended up suiting my PC case very nicely.

Only complaint I could manage to come up with about this PSU would be the rather hasty time restraint on the mail-in-rebate. It's only $10 so if you miss it it shouldn't be the end of the world. If you don't then the final price on this should come out to around $45 and for the quality of this PSU, that's a fantastic deal.
