Great, sturdy, nice-looking top hat!
I don't know what the previous reviewer was smoking or how big his head is, but this is a great tophat that easily fits an adult female and/or a full-grown teen with a normal-size head. I would imagine that anyone with an oversize head such as that reviewer must have, would know they would require custom sizing and not order a 1-size-fits-all hat like this or any other 1-size hat anyway.

After that other review I was half-afraid I'd receive a flimsy, cheap too-small hat, but the price was right enough to take a chance. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a sturdy, well-made, nice-looking tophat that arrived in perfect shape. The product description is accurate; the service from Costume Supercenter is excellent; and you cannot beat the price for a top hat of this quality. I would definitely order another of this hat if I ever needed a second one, and I would not hesitate to order from this merchant again.

do not buy!
i needed this because i was supposed to dress up as Slash for Halloween so i had it on fast shipping. it comes three days after i order it and its not even a F*#&ing tophat. it's a stupid party hat barely big enough for a small child. DO NOT BUY! waste of money and time.

It was exactly like it was in the description. (It is a felt top hat) Pretty sturdy hat. Fit my head great.
