good for video games
my boyfriend and I are hardcore gamers so we used to run through regular duracel batteries quick and waste a lot of money. These batteries, if properly charged last for quite a long time...we use them for our xbox wireless controllers and rock band instruments. Anyway, a two pack is worth it...but don't forget to get the recharger! We bought a pack of four and will gladly get another eight or so...

Great for solid-state electronics, not so good for small motors
For Bluetooth keyboards & mice, remote controls and such, these are great. But as I quickly discovered they will not drive small motorized devices such as a personal groomer.

sony rechargable Nimh batteries
So far I haven't gotten much time out of these batteries which I use for my
portable digital TV. Maybe I haven't charged them long enough since the charger I have doesn't have any directions that go with it. I guess I'll
leave them overnite and then see how long they last. I only got one hour
of viewing time this last time..
