Looks Good, very compact
I bought this case because the color matches my new Sony digital camera. It is a snug fit on the DSC-W290 which is ok because I got the camera for it's small compact size. That being said, this case had no internal pockets so you cannot carry around a spare battery or memory card, securely anyway. The two zipper pulls are nice because it allows you to carry the camera enclosed in the case, by the strap. The package cautions that this case does not fit all Cyber-shots - surely not one much biggger than the W290 since the case bulges out slightly where it covers the lens.

Great practical carrying case, but I wish it had a small compartment for a spare battery. I use it to carry a DSC-W290 camera, which uses the small NP-BG1 battery.

Okay, I didn't mean it in a purse kind of way.

Here's my story:

I bought my SONY WSC 290 and I was trying to find a camera case that would protect my precious little camera. I found this after doing a lot of research on Amazon. There weren't that many options though. I was going to buy that chunky camera caseSony LCS-CST General Purpose Soft Carrying Case for Slim Cybershot Digital Cameras but I figure I could find a sleeker camera case.

I did find it! Even though the camera sort of sticks out when inserted, I still am able to protect my SONY WSC 290 with effiency. I use the little clip all the time on my belt. It looks great! It feels great on your belt and there's also a nice texture pattern on the outside of the camera case.

I say buy with confidence! (It should fit perfectly with WSC 230 and other older and smaller SONY models)
