The speed of the Extreme IV is excellent. Have extra memory and always leave one in your camera, sucks when you carry a camera and it turns into it unnecessary workout gear.

The straps are very important to use if you are carrying the bag for more than 15 min. as it can get uncomfertable. Not good for tripod transport.
