These work better than any other clip I've tried.
I saw other reviews on all versions of this product and I actually thought they might not be by legitimate customers. There wasn't much that explained how these work or what was so great about them, but they included Prime shipping and weren't that expensive, so I gave them a shot.

These clip-n-seal clips absolutely work. Not only do they work, but they are absurdly simple and whoever invented them is probably going to become a millionaire.

What you'll receive is a clear bag with a bunch of slightly translucent white strips of plastic. No instructions. No other packaging. There are two parts to the system. One part is a plastic dowel. The other part is a wider plastic u-shaped strip.

To use, you simply place the round dowel on one side of your bag (say, a bag of chips) and then take one of the u-shaped pieces and place it on the other side of the bag. Then you press them together so that the dowel snaps into the recessed part of the other strip. The bag is caught extremely tightly between them. Once you have these snapped on, nothing is getting in or out of that bag!

They are simple to snap together and to unsnap when you want to retrieve something from a bag. I can't imagine most people would find them difficult to use, except those with only the most restricted use of their hands.

I definitely plan to buy more of these. For the price, there's no reason I should ever return to those plastic spring clips you get at the grocery store.

Where have these been hiding??
Why have I never seen nor heard of these Clip-n-Seal clips before?? Have I been living under a rock? I was trying to find long, efficient clips, ran across these, ordered them, and am delighted to find they're everything the other reviewers have said they are. The medium size suits our needs best, but the small are good, and the large, which are REALLY long, can be trimmed down to a more manageable length and are good for sealing heavier gauge bags. I am ordering more medium clips because they are the perfect solution for sealing soups, stews and spaghetti sauce in Food Saver freezer bags, since you can't use the vacuum sealer with liquids. This solves the problem of making an air- and liquid-proof seal while still being able to use superior freezer bags.

Compared to chip clips: It is simplicity at it's best, and it will last. Efficient, which I love, no mechanism to break. It takes up little space. Looks neater. The grandkids can get to their snacks easier. (Could be considered a pro or a con!). I will buy some for family. They will love it for camping & for brown-bagging it. One caveat, be sure you know which size you really want bec I find the medium & small most efficient and most used in our "normal" life. Lg is long.
