Great product, but shipping is an issue.
The product itself is great. The bottles are small, the detergent works well in my HE washer with very little sudsing, and it doesn't irritate sensitive skin. However, I found shipping to be an issue. One of the bottles was damaged and not fully closed when I received my shipment, and it leaked all over the box. The bottles themselves were not shrink-wrapped to prevent them from opening or leaking. They were packaged in a case box of nine, with some plastic pillow packaging around the case box in an exterior Amazon.com box.

Only Detergent that kills dust mites!
Consumer Reports found that this All detergent is the only one on the market that actually kills dust mites. Even bleach won't kill those things but there's something in All that does. So, every single load of clothes that I do in this house has a capful of All in it. Especially the bedding! So, if you have allergies to dust mites like I do, be SURE to buy this stuff! It works! Plus, it does a great job of cleaning clothes and even I mix it with a capful of Tide for that extra boost. Here's something else to consider: USE THIS TO WASH ALL THOSE STUFFED ANIMALS! Gets the bugs out per Consumer Reports! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Great product, not so good price
This is a great product for the whole family. We started using it because Dreft didn't make an HE version, and we needed something dye and perfume free for the new baby. We're still using it now that our baby has eczema. The Amazon price, however, is not worth it. Each of these bottles sells for $3.97 plus tax at Wal-Mart, and you don't have to store 9 bottles of it. BTW, Downy makes a fabric softener without dyes or perfumes, also in a white bottle.
