Not good for exercise
These shorts are not very high quality. The material snags easily, making them look cheap. They stretch out after you wear them for a while and become too loose around the legs, which can expose a little too much skin. Also, when you roll the waistband down (which is how they're meant to be worn), they often ride up which is highly irritating when you're jogging or simply walking. I do not recommend these to anyone.

Comfortable, Lightweight, Durable
I have a pair of the red mesh Soffe shorts and they are byfar my favorite pair of shorts. They are very comfortable, fit well, and are great all around. They do not create a lot of friction like other mesh shorts and are very soft. I wear these shorts to the gym and just to hang out around my house.
