Not true to size
I ordered this pair and an Easy Spirit pair (from another company) in the same size, and found that this pair runs about a full size shorter than Easy Spirit shoes. I believe that Easy Spirit shoes are true to size, and most other shoe brands are short-changing their customers by making their shoes too short. This shoe seems very nice in all other respects.

Beautiful and Comfortable
I ordered these shoes for my mom. She LOVED them. My mom is 68. She has a difficult foot to fit and needs super comfortable flat shoes. The first pair had to go back because in the WW width that I ordered, she needed a 1/2 size smaller than what she normally wears in W widths. The customer service representative with whom I spoke was very helpful and friendly. My mom told me that the shoes are "beautiful."
