Fantastic food4
Honestly, forget the diet/don't diet thing. The food in this book is wonderful! I had forgotten I had the book, to be honest, since I bought it in hardcover when if first came out. I picked it up a couple of weeks ago when I was looking for a recipe and I haven't put it down since. The food is GOOD! Have I lost any weight? No clue, I wasn't really trying, so I'm not following any plan, but my husband is raving about the meals. I came to this page because I want to buy the cookbook!
