Good replacement for the factory battery
The one I bought was a used version but it works very well. Ive been unpluged for more then two and a half hours at a time after a full charge and doing all the normal online chatting, downloading, playing music things. I havent even taken the origial factory battery out of the package for this reason.

Battery is better than expected
The delivery occured on schedule and in good condition. I charged the battery for 24 hours and then installed it in a Sony CR120E/R laptop (13" screen). After 5 hours of Power Point presentations and data entry, which included the wireless being on for about 45 minutes, the battery had a 20% charge left. The screen brightness was set at 50% of normal. The battery totally met my needs.

Battery was defective, but full refund issued within a few weeks.
The battery was not working properly once inside the laptop. I asked for support by e-mail, they instructed me to mail it back for a refund. I did so, and the refund was cretited to my card a few days later.
