With a firm grip, hold joined Blendy Pens in a vertical position. Twist each pen for 5 seconds in opposite directions. The longer you hold, the more intense the color fusion. The Blendy Pen on top will donate color to the Blendy Pen on the bottom. Now the bottom Blendy Pen, charged with the top pen's color is ready to Blendy. Not as good as I expected, but OK
These were just OK. My son and I both expected them to work as good as on the TV but he found them hard to use, however the pages that come with the it to color in, have great patterns that appear as you color, so they look great regardless of if you got to blend colors or not. He enjoyed it very much anyway, and colored all the pages without getting bored. It arrived very quickly in the mail so that impressed me.

The greatest marker ever!!!
This item was the best product that I ever bought! It really works. To blend 2 colors you have to put the tips of the marker into the chamber and twist the markers. You can also mix 3 colors or 4 too. It's worth the price.

Great fun!
My daughter received Blendy Pens for her 6th birthday. She has not stopped using them since. She is able to create neat effects by blending two markers easily. She has eagerly shared the pens with her 4 year old sister, who just loves the airbrush feature and the coloring pages. Besides the blending feature they seem to be great markers, plenty of ink even after coloring for long periods of time. I used the stencils to create pictures for them with the airbrush. They use the stencils with just the markers, as they don't seem to quite have the stamina to create an entire picture using the airbrush. It takes some practice and some hand strength to use the airbrush for an extended period. Great product!
