Kids choose a level of difficulty and a subject theme, then click on colorful illustrations to hear the words spoken in Spanish. Students can record themselves as they practice speaking their new language and compare their pronunciation to that of the programs unseen tutors. As students master both comprehension and iteration of the vocabulary in each section, they can move on to identification activities aimed at reinforcing recently acquired terminology.

Effectively teaches building blocks of Spanish
My daughters both learned a lot with this program (they were 5 and 7 years old), and my oldest ended up way ahead of her classmates the following year in Languages. The program's interface is kid-friendly and the exercises really make learning to speak Spanish fun. This is the best program I've owned for teaching children a language.

SPANISH FOR SUMMER
This was purchased for my 9 yr old son. One of his requirements set by my husband and I was to study and possibly learn a little Spanish this summer. He is enjoying the software and is also reading a book with Spanish phrases and words.
