old faithfuls
I've been wearing Sperry stripers forever - they are comfortable, stylish and go with just about anything. They won't mark your decks and have pretty good grip when sailing. If I'm not at work, I'm wearing these. They don't last forever, but at $25 a pair I'm happy to get new ones every six months.
