Looks better than it works
I decided I wanted to get organized so I ordered this rack. The picture looks good, but it holds tiny short cups. I don't know who has that small of cups, maybe the old ones, but I have mugs. I was thinking I could maybe use it for jewelry or something else, but it definitely won't work for my mugs. Not worth returning. Maybe goodwill will get it.
Could use some engineering....
I saw this thinking I could organize my coffee mugs above my espresso machine to streamline my morning routine but the hooks are really close together.
My standard-sized Starbucks mugs are either nested in each other (if they fit) or are somewhat askew. It's a good idea, but not the best layout. I can only comfortably fit 4 large/regular mugs on the 6 hooks.
If you want to store your mugs in a way that keeps the dust out, saves you some space and don't mind having unused hooks its a decent buy. Personally I like it and store my espresso accessories from its hooks. :)
ps- if you don't want to clamp the organizer on your shelf as pictured, you can also screw it into the bottom of your shelf or your cabinet; its more stable like that.
Returned next day!
It is not like the picture unless your coffee mugs are as light as a feather!
(First off it has 12 hooks (6 on each side) but if you use standard coffee cups like we do then you can only use every other hook.)
The first two hooks worked well but if you hang anything on the hooks beyond those it brings the whole thing down.
Very unstable and due to it being placed in cabinets there is really no way to screw the bottom into place to stabilize it without having screws sticking up into the next shelf.
Awful design and waste of money!
