A sufi meditation
In this Osho version of the classical Sufi technique of whirling you whirl in a structured manner for 45 min. accompanied by some droning and rather 'weird' synth-music by Deuter. And afterwards you lie down on your stomach, leave the narrow everyday mind behind and let your true nature shine through. In other words in the second phase, which is 15 min., meditation can happen.

It can actually also happen in the whirling, I remember doing it and suddenly realizing that it was the world that whirled, while 'I' was standing absolutely still.

Not recommended if you suffer from nausea.

In this enhanced version a videosegment guides you to the best possible beginning.

A very effective technique but certainly not for everyone.

Osho Whirling = sleep like a baby, and live a better life.
Its a life changing meditation if you can stick with it. The results started the first night with 5 minutes of whirling which will give you the feeling of an extra hour of sleep. After 6 months I am able to whirl for hours if I choose, which is far more relaxing then sleep. Try this at least once in your life.
