Customer Reviews
AN EXCELLNT GAUGE -- exactly what I hoped for...
Oddly, one review here posted a complaint about the gauge arriving with only 15 psi MAX on the gauge. Reading that actually made my decision more firm because the ball with the highest recommended PSI that I own (an Adidas thermal bonded TEAMGEIST BALL) calls for 11.6 - 14.5 (never have seen a ball that called for more).
More accuracy (better eye-balling) around 15 is just want I wanted -- I never need the gauge to read higher than that (15-20 is overkill and not needed). The gauge is extremely steady and accurate. It's a weighty, quality item. Looks good. Has an easy to use release valve. Very quick to get your ball 100% accurate. I did get one that goes only to 15 psi. Throw away those crappy "stick" gauges, which are incredibly inaccurate. These little beauties will do the trick! I never thought I'd be excited to have a ball gauge ;)
I also picked up an additional (spare) gauge and the Tachikara double action pump. I've got three cheap pumps at home that can't even get the ball pumped up to 15 psi...this little tiny pump did it in about 50 strokes!
Decent Gauge
I bought this gauge two years ago for reffing soccer, you need to have accurate pressure especially at higher levels, it just recently broke i think due to an over inflated ball or maybe just mishandling but regardless, 10 dollars for two years of work was fine with me, I will be buying a new one.
Cheap plastic junk
The gauge came broken in the package. Upon inspection, the gauge is just a cheap plastic instrument that is way overpriced. Where the break occur is a design flaw that would result in another one breaking in the same manner. I had no desire to exchange the gauge; I just requested my money back.
