Customer Reviews
The Original
I'd love to have a nickel for every kid that had one of these for his/her first tackle box. Chances are, it was a filthy mess when the kid got it, and he or she cleaned it up and had it shining the first time they took it out to the creek bank. I don't have any kids, but I recently gave mine away to a friend who is getting into fishing for the first time. This tackle box is great for someone just starting out, or for the person who has to make themselves carry as little gear along as possible, otherwise, they'd bring everything in their garage. Durable, with plenty of room for an extra spool of line, pliers, knife, and gloves, along with plenty of room for lures, hooks, sinkers, etc. You can't go wrong with this one.
a mess
Thought it looked like a decent tackle box until the first time I knocked it over. Even though it was closed, nothing stays in the top tray due to the high lid. It does not close off the top tray like it does the other 2, so even if you are a little rough with it everything jumps around and is a complete mess when you open it back up.
